These are $2.00 each. Always make sure the element tail and the wire leads are clean and corrosion free before re-attaching. Keep the connector pointed away from other connectors and metal from the kiln jacket or the panel box.  These connectors have electricityrunning through them and cannot touch or be close to each other or other metal.
