Once you've selected your kiln, place your order with our team by phone or online.

We highly recommend consulting with our team before submitting payment for online kiln orders.

Since shipping costs are billed separately, you may prefer to complete your entire order over the phone to avoid making two separate payments.

We’ll custom-build your kiln to order. Build times may take 6–12 weeks, depending on our current production schedule.

Once your kiln is ready, we’ll ship it to your location.

When your kiln arrives, we’ll guide you through the setup process and provide unlimited customer service for the lifetime of your kiln!
