At Jen-Ken Kilns, our kiln advisors will help you choose the perfect pottery, ceramic, glass casting/fusing/painting, or knife kiln for your unique needs.

Once you've ordered your kiln, we will build and ship it directly to you. Then, our team will walk you through
the setup process over the phone to ensure that your kiln is doing everything that you want it to do.

	You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States via motor freight, UPS or USPS. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based on shipping method and your shipment destination. Parts orders may take up to 4 days to ship. Kiln orders can take several weeks to ship, as they are built to order. For express orders, please CALL our shop during business hours (Tuesday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm EST) to ensure expedited shipping. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please email us at jenkenkilns@gmail.com if you would like to discuss international ordering options. For Motor Freight kilns, please call or email for a shipping quote. Shipping costs must be paid over the phone as a separate transaction. Shipping is not included for any of our kilns or parts. We do our best to get the best rate possible at the time of shipping.
