Jen-Ken element pins are heat-resistant metal pins designed to secure kiln heating elements in place, preventing sagging or shifting over time due to repeated firings and high temperatures.

• Available in packs of 12, 50, or 200 to suit your kiln maintenance needs.
• Ensures even heat distribution by keeping elements properly positioned.
• Extends the lifespan of kiln elements by reducing wear and movement.
• Easy to install, fitting into designated grooves or channels inside the kiln.
• Typically, 2 pins are placed in each corner or 6 to 8 pins at the ends of lid coils.
• Additional pins are $0.39 each.

For optimal performance, insert pins at a 45-degree angle to prevent them from falling out as the brick expands and contracts.

Pinning slightly away from the original holes into fresh brick is recommended for best results.
