High-Temp Kiln Wire (12G)

This 12-gauge high-temperature kiln wire is the primary supply wire used in most Jen-Ken Kilns. It is designed to handle high-heat environments and is perfect for wiring kiln elements and making connections in various kiln models. Available in red, white, or blue, this wire allows for easy identification and organization of electrical components.

Jen-Ken kiln wire is available in 10g, 12g, 14g, and 16g. To order 14g or 16g wire, please call us, as these sizes are not available for online purchase.

• If your kiln wire looks brittle, stiff, or burned, it's time to replace it.
• If only the wire end is damaged near the element connection, you may be able to trim it back about an inch, strip, and reconnect it.
• If trimming makes the wire too short, replacement is necessary.
